There is an ancient Sufi parable about coffee: "He who tastes, knows; he who tastes not, knows not."
Τῷ γριπεῖ Πελάγωνι πατὴρ ἐπέθηκε Μενίσκος κύρτον καὶ κώπαν, μνάμα κακοζοΐας. Over the fisherman Pelagon his father Meniscus set weel and oar, memorial of a luckless life.
